The previous owner listed some of the features of the travel trailer:
Very comfy and cozy even though large at 31 feet and a 15 foot slide out which accomodates the dining booth and couch.
The trailer has a sleeper couch, rocker easy chair, dining booth that converts to a bed, separate bedroom with a queen
size bed (linens and bedding included as shown) and plenty of windows all with screens and mini-blinds.
There is an air-conditioner, microwave, new dishes and misc. kitchen supplies, a CFE-free refrigerator that can be operated
on electricity or LP, 3 burner propane stove, a mini-pantry, audivox AM/FM CD player, two 20 galloon propane tanks, 2 deep
cycle batteries, bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and plenty of cabinets, hotwater heater, lots of storage throughout, and
2 small outside locking storage areas.

For all the appliances to work - a solar system, or a generator would be required. The two batteries are sufficient
for the lights and a 13" TV/VCR. The unit is in excellent condition and had minimal use previously.
