This charming home/cabin was built of high quality materials by a Swiss builder in the area for a German family and was very nicely done. It is a little over 1,000 sq ft in size.  Due to health problems, the couple returned to Europe and were not able to live in it very long .

It has recently been operating as "Antelope Ranch" and was a short-term rental.  Many improvements were made and lots of lovely furnishings were added.  The operator professionally decorated the home and successfully rented it but due to a family situation, she regretfully had to give it up, which is why it is back on the market again. Located north of Blanca on 4th Street, the parcel is nestled at the base of Mt. Blanca and is a quick 5 minutes into town for supplies and mail.  The location is excellent for heading to the Sand Dunes, into Alamosa, over towards Fort Garland to the fort and the museum, or off fishing to one of the area's lakes.  Wonderful sunrises, sunset, and all the hiking you can squeeze in.  Find the parcel by going north on Cedar out of Blanca and turning east on 4th Street then going almost to Oak Street.  It is easy to spot in that area.
